DISCOVERY
During our 30 minute discovery call, we will talk about you, your story, your goals, and your dreams. We will discuss what you hope to get out of a coaching relationship and we will talk about developing a plan to help you get from where you are to where you want to be.
DIRECTION
As a coach, I offer direction for you to help you navigate for yourself the uncertainty of the process you are working through. I ask lots of questions to get you thinking about your current strategies and plans to reach your current goals.
ACCOUNTABILITY
As a coach, I offer accountability with you for the activities you have committed yourself to in order to reach the goals you have set for yourself. We will talk each session about what work you have done, how well you have tracked your own progress, and how to stay on track with your daily activities.
CELEBRATION
Finally, we will celebrate together as you achieve the goals you've set for yourself and push yourself to become better. Better people make better businesses and better businesses make more profits. Celebrating the wins is important before you move towards the next chapter in your business.
