Today, my post is a little bit selfishly motivated.

I’d like to ask you to give me some feedback by responding to this email.

Before I ask you for your feedback, I’d like to just share with you something that’s really important to me.

This whole “FriendMaker” brand is growing.

My greatest fear in marketing, the FriendMaker concept to you, and everybody else is that it will lose its power if I try and mass market it in an impersonal digital way.

Here’s my question:

How are you experiencing this brand? The blog, the workshop, the book, i.e. everything that I am creating?

I genuinely want to know.

I’m working with a developer to launch a FriendMaker app that you can purchase for your phone starting in January. It will be a subscription service, a simple CRM for business people.

Do you think that this would be a helpful resource for you in your business?

My hope is to create an app that simplifies the process of staying in contact with, and caring for your community of clients, donors, members, whatever group of people you are trying to stay in contact with.

There won’t be a whole lot of bells and whistles. I’m just not into bells and whistles. I need a CRM for dummies like me.(Sorry if I just called you a dummy…ha!)

All that being said.. are you finding this to be helpful to you in your business?
