We are dealers in hope.
Hope for the future.
Hope that tomorrow will be better.
Hope that we will bring someone else business because of our partnership with them.
Hope for ourselves by committing to action.
The people who come to us to ask us to provide them the service or product we sell… they are hoping that we will solve their problem.
So…solve it. Recognize your role in all this is not to passively sit by and hope for a sale.
Receive it in slices, give it out in loaves.
Do
Hope is a great gift but it is not a great strategy.
Use it as a tool to offer inspiration, vision, and to project a better future for your clients.
But don’t sit around and wait on things to happen.
Make things happen.
Here’s three ideas in dealing out hope.
1. Share positivity. Wherever you go, whatever you do, make sure you are not joining the doomsday chorus out there.
2. Expand your relational reach. Be a part of the solution not a part of the problem. Join the community committees and councils. Enter the fray with courage. Build new relationships everyday.
3. Speak life into people instead of sucking the life out of them. Let your words and your life match.
In these ways you become a voice and a force for hope and good in your spheres of influence. in these ways, deal out hope.
The world needs it now more than ever.
