I Need you to answer 5 questions today!
I am in the middle of preparing a talk that I’ll be giving to agents all over the country as opportunity would have it, called: “HOW TO TALK TO YOUR CLIENTS ABOUT YOUR COMMISSION.”
But I can’t do it without your help!
There are 300+ subscribers to this email list (most of you are Realtors) and I’d like to get your feedback on 5 questions. If you would answer these 5 questions and get me a response by the end of business tomorrow, Tuesday April 2nd, I would greatly appreciate your help! I
‘ll be using this information in my presentation and so I need as much feedback as I can get.
Please keep your answers short and concise. Don’t vent, but definitely be honest and candid. I may quote some of you so, don’t answer if you don’t want to be quoted.
Here are the questions:
1. What do you wish someone had told you about negotiating your commissions when you first started?
2. What tips or tricks have helped you comfortably and unawkwardly talk to your clients about how you get paid?
3. What feelings have you had since the NAR settlement came out?
4. How are you coping with those feelings?
5. What is your plan moving forward?
