Steadfast

Be

There’s a lot of noise out there.

Lots of voices telling you you’re not everything you need to be.

Lots of voices telling you you’re not doing everything you need to do.

So much noise in fact, that, it’s extremely difficult to figure out who you need to be & what you need to do.

I want to offer up to you a suggestion:

Be Steadfast.

The last thing your clients need you to be is fickle.

Don’t be swayed by the latest economic news.

Don’t listen to all the voices.

Be steadfast.

Here’s what that looks like…

Do

Stick to your guns: be decided in your heart about who you are, and how you were going to run your business. Don’t back down on your convictions of valuing the customer more than you do your own self.

Commit to your daily actions: you made your plans. You decided what you were going to do this year. You wrote it down. Now go do what you said you would do. Stop making excuses. Stop looking for the easy way out. Stop listening to the latest guru telling you what magic pill you need to take that’s going to make it all better. Stop looking for the magic drug that’s going to take all of your pain away. Understand this… Discipline, hard work, repeated, consistent, intentional, systematic activity is what results in rewards. Do the work and trust the process.

Be yourself: you are you and no one else. No one else can run your business like you do. No one else can interact with your customers the way you can. No one else can bring the unique fingerprint of who you are into every situation you are in. Just be you.

Steadfast people quit looking for excuses and create futures.

Are you steadfast?
